The villa is situated in the Westridge Community, Davenport, Florida.

Location

It is approximately 15 Minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport & 60 minutes from Sanford International Airport.


Community Facilities

Community facilities include a pool, tennis, volleyball and children's play area. There are excellent golf courses nearby including the neighbouring Highlands Reserve course, which is only a few minutes drive.
The villa is also ideally located for the renowned attractions of Disney & the Orlando area. Shops, supermarkets & restaurants are all nearby.

The villa was originally a show-house on the Estate. It is attractively furnished & decorated, & maintained to a very high standard. Cable TV, phone & wireless internet are available.

It is registered, licensed & professionally managed. The Management Company is available to give assistance on a variety of matters including attraction tickets, golf packages, car hire, tours & excursions.
They also provide a 24 hour number for emergency assistance in the local area.
