- Rates are per week & until confirmed, are subject to change without notice
- Rates per night are available from owner; there is a surcharge of £40/$60 for less than 5 nights
- All rates include taxes
- Pool heating, if required, is available for £70/$100 per week. Please request at time of booking
- Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days
- A deposit of £150/$225 is required at time of booking
- A security deposit of £250/$375 is required with the final balance. This will be refunded within 4 weeks of departure from the villa
- Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa
